Your results: free for commercial use

The invoices, quotations, purchase orders, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates and labels you make with the tools on this site (“your documents”) are yours to use for any purpose, including commercial work, royalty-free and worldwide. You may send them to customers and suppliers, print them, and keep them in your records. No attribution or credit is required.

Two limits: material by third parties that is listed on the credits page keeps its own licence; and you may not copy, resell, mirror or repackage the site itself, its code, its tools or its design as a competing tool or service, or use automated tools to copy the site in bulk or to overload it.

Your documents, your responsibility

The tools fill in documents from what you type and add up the totals; they do not give tax, customs or legal advice. You are responsible for the content of your documents, for charging the right tax, for using the correct Incoterms rule, HS codes and country of origin, and for meeting the requirements of your customers, carriers and customs authorities. A certificate of origin made here is a draft for your chamber of commerce or authority to certify where that is required. A shipping label made here is an address label; postage must be bought from the carrier.

Do not use the tools to make false or misleading documents.

No warranty

We test the tools against independently checked reference values, but mistakes can happen; check anything important before you rely on it. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Content and licences

The site’s design, text and code are © FinestSupplier. Third-party material is listed with its licence on the credits page, and that licence applies to it.

Advertising and third-party services

The site may show advertising and may use visit statistics. These are described in the privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content of other websites we link to.
